Friday, July 31st

Meet & Greet at The Gold Coast Hotel

​Come mix and mingle with the family, receive your welcome goodie bags, and pick up your reunion tee shirt order. Get to know each other or catch up with someone you haven’t seen in a while. 

  • Time:  4:00 pm to 9:00 pm  in the TBA ballroom on the second floor

  • Receive your Goodie Bag

  • Pick up your reunion tee shirt order

  • Pick up your Scavenger Hunt packet, if registered

Scavenger Hunt at The Gold Coast Hotel

​If registered, you will receive a packet with instructions and all details of the scavenger hunt on Friday at the Meet & Greet. The scavenger hunt is being held throughout the host hotel. 

  • Focus is on the kids, but all family members are welcome!

  • Time: all weekend

  • Ends:  at the luncheon on Sunday

  • Pick up your packet on Friday at the Meet & Greet

  • $25 gift card for the winner, we will draw one name if there are multiple winners

New Generation Ice-Breaker  for Family Members ages 18 - 40

An opportunity for the younger generation to meet each other, grab a bite to eat, and start to build bonds that carry forward into the next generation of the family reunion.

  • Time: 9:15 pm - 11:30 pm

  • Meet at:  Gold Coast Hotel Lobby

  • Cost: Complimentary

  • Restaurant:  TBA

  • Transportation:  Everyone needs to find their own way there

Saturday, August 1st

SATURDAY SHENANIGANS and INTENTIONAL CONNECTIONS

In the past, the Saturday of the family reunion was used as an opportunity to explore on your own but we are focused on building strong connections within the family.

In order to appeal to everyone, there are various events planned throughout the day to participate in, and you can choose what you would like to do. 

Saturday Family Photo at The Gold Coast Hotel

​This photo is without the reunion tee shirts, wear your reunion tee shirts for Sunday’s photo

  • Time:  9:30 am to 10:15 am  

  • Meet at:  the TBA Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the host hotel

  • Don’t be too late! There are two other activities that begin at 10:30 am.

Kids' Pool Party at The Gold Coast Hotel

​To beat the Las Vegas heat, and a great way to get to know each other better, the kids are invited to a pool party at the host hotel.

  • Focus is on the kids, but all family members are welcome!

  • Time:  10:30 am to 12:30 pm  

  • At the host hotel’s outdoor pool

  • Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the pool’s snack bar.

Bingo at The Gold Coast Hotel

​Do you love to play Bingo? The host hotel has a huge Bingo room. Family members 21 & up can gather together and play games.

  • Time:  10:30 am to 1:00 pm

  • Meet:  at 10:30 am at the entrance to the Gold Coast Bingo Room, 2nd Floor.

  • Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Bingo Session

  • Cost: Starts at $4 for one card, complete info here:  Gold Coast Bingo Room

  • Includes complimentary beverages. 

  • Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available as well.

  • FYI:  The Bingo sessions run every 2 hours all day long, starting at 11am until the last one at 11pm.

Adult Pool Party  at The Flamingo Hotel & Casino's GO Pool

​Adults 21 & up looking for a good time and want to beat the heat, join the adult family members at the Flamingo Hotel’s GO Pool.

  • Time:  11:00 am to 6:00 p  

  • Meet at:  the Entrance of the Flamingo Hotel’s GO Pool

  • Only 1.5 miles from the host hotel

  • Cost: The GO Pool is generally free to enter on a first-come, first-served basis, it is best to plan on arriving early, by 10:30 am - 11:00 am

  • Transportation:  Everyone needs to find their own way there

  • Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Circus Circus Casino's Adventuredome on The Strip

​If you are bringing kids to the family reunion Circus Circus Hotel & Casino is a fantastic place to bring children. There are carnival games, rides, an arcade, free circus acts, and much more!  Let’s get the kids together to explore the indoor Adventuredome as a group!

Shopping at the Miracle Mile Mall  near Planet Hollywood on The Strip

​Beat the daytime heat at the Miracle Mile Shops, adjacent to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, which features over a mile of premier shops, tempting restaurants, & live entertainment venues.

All White, All Vibes Party at The Gold Coast Hotel

A night of Family, Fun, and Fly Energy. The Dress Code is All White Attire only. Come picture ready. Good energy only. Let’s make some memories!

  • Time:  8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight 

  • Meet at:  the TBA Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the host hotel

  • Best Dressed in White wins a prize

Sunday, August 2nd

Church and Memorial Service at The Gold Coast Hotel

  • 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM  in the TBA ballroom on the second floor

  • Everyone is invited to attend the church service to gather and worship

  • Family members who have passed away since the last reunion will be remembered

  • Be sure to wear Red & White!

 

Luncheon at The Gold Coast Hotel 

  • 12 Noon to 6:00 PM   in the TBA ballroom on the second floor

  • So we can order enough food, please let us know that you will be attending the luncheon.
