The Hyatt Place

We have negotiated a group rate of $149 per night plus taxes per Standard King room and $159 per night plus taxes for a Standard Queen, Queen, which includes a  complimentary full breakfast.  Room rates have been negotiated from Friday to Sunday.

The hotel is in high demand, so we are encouraging family to please book early to guarantee your room. Rates are guaranteed through July 2nd, 2024, but please book ASAP while rooms are still available.  

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay plus tax.

Check-In time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out requests must be made with the front desk or you will be charged an extra night.

The Springhill Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport

 We have negotiated a group rate of $119 per night plus tax for Standard Suites Rooms. If you are arriving on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 and are checking out on Monday, August 5th, 2024 this hotel will accommodate you. A complimentary buffet breakfast is included. The deadline for booking this hotel is July 2nd, 2024. Reservation call be made by calling (954) 920-9696 and ask for the Dennis-Stanford rate. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 pm. Airport Shuttle Service is also available by calling the above number.
